What does it mean to be human? What does it mean to connect and engage with another person?
Thanks to technology today, we can easily chat with people at the other end of a screen. But to really expand trust and create a human connection, we need to show our authentic selves and tell people who we are and what we like, both inside and outside of the workplace.
This allows us to establish trust, and trust is the currency that everything is based upon, especially in sales. So one of the first modules we recommend is to create some 1 to 2-minute videos with you and your sales team to allow your prospects to begin to see you as a human and not just an email.
