Throughout history, theres been many times where companies have launched marketing campaigns, seen a lead come in only to find it's just not a fit, maybe the potential customer was too small, which meant they could not afford the product or service. 

To build trust and create authenticity, we clearly need to state the question 'Who's your product and service not for?' 

This simple statement on video empowers your organisation to build authenticity and reduce the marketing load by clearly defining what audience you do and don't appeal to. 

When you look at reviews and they're all five stars, do you truly trust them? 

So why should someone trust you if you only give out blanket messages? 

Embrace your vulnerabilities, this is not a weakness, it's a strength, it builds empathy; it shows who you are not fit for, and in doing so, who you are fit for. 

Above all, let's work out what problems do you solve for your customer?
