Have you ever been stuck building a flat-packed furniture on a Saturday afternoon? Or tried to configure something on a mac or server late at night and at the end of your tether decided to start searching Google for the answer and then ended up on YouTube videos?
I don't know about you, but I often sit there and search YouTube to find instructional videos and watch a video on how to do something very simple to the person on the video, but to me, it's hard.
What did I think of the person who made that video? Well, to me at the time, they were my superhero, and I always tend to check out more of their videos and maybe surf their web pages if they have them listed.
Should we not position your company and help people to be that hero?
This could help a company or a business get over an initial problem, you could do a micro demo or post an informational video or use an explainer to get your brand seen in a very positive light whilst opening up new audiences.
