As an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer within OSS and Network Monitoring, I have understanding of working with different disciplines around the world such as product development, marketing, sales and Customer Success; and working to varying timescales from “immediately” to long term strategic roadmap. My unique employment history allows me to easily see things from another perspective. For example, as a Sales Engineer with Product Management, I am able to champion the importance of communicating with customers throughout the product lifecycle and articulate the product roadmap to customers.
