ALEX MOYLE [00:00:00] Thanks for giving me a few minutes of your time to explain how the Recruiting Gym can help you be a better recruitment leader. Now, the job of a recruitment leader is a tremendously complicated thing. It’s relentless. Not only dragged into business development, you’ve got a whole range of things that you need to do. And the goal of the Recruiting Gym is to help you benefit from the community and the learning that we provide in order to drive your performance. Let me explain why your job is so difficult and how we can help. So one of the key parts of your job is you need to be a leader. But the challenge with that is you need to create a vision. You need to build the strategy. And you also need to look after the culture of the organisation. That in itself is a full-time job. But on top of that, as you grow your business. We’ve got people that you need to look after as well. You need to hire, develop, which I know with years in training, is easier said than done. And then he got to motivate everyone once they’re actually in the job and make sure they’re happy to deliver. But from a practical perspective, you also need to run sales operations. Within sales operations, you need to make sure you’re running the best practices to make sure you’re finding new clients. You’re delivering the existing clients you’ve got, you’re retaining clients and growing the ones you want. And on top of this, just as if you hadn’t got enough to work on, you’ve also got the business operations. You’ve got finance, marketing, I.T., H.R., and facilities management. In the middle here, is you, the CEO and you’re working at how do I get all that done? And the challenges, you can’t be a master of all of it. So what we do is we built a network that allows CEOs to network. And that means we encourage them to bring questions and challenges and problems they’ve got to really harness the power of the crowd. But it’s not just CEOs we help. You might also have directors that may be responsible for two or three of these pieces here. You may even have some billing managers as well. And we create small micro-communities that look after each level of leadership within your organisation. But it’s not just the crowd that can help you. We help with lots of other things as well. We run live streams where we get industry experts and they talk about how you can solve problems that the members have set. We run open Q&A sessions where we facilitate discussion to help you overcome some of the practical challenges you have day to day. We offer best practise frameworks. Where we know if you put these things in place, it will help you be successful and this can be everything from hiring or developing new consultants through to how you manage leads and target clients within your organisation. The key is that we are here to help you. And if you want a training topic or help on something that we don’t have anything in our remit for, we’ll go out and make it for you. Because our job is to make sure that if you’ve got a problem, not only do we help you, the chances are there’s other people in the network that have got that problem and we need to help them with that as well.
