[00:00:30] So, Shelagh, could you tell us a little bit about you, what you do and your company? Amazing. So what are you trying to achieve? What are you trying to achieve is I’m helping my my friends differentiate.
[00:01:13] We were helping our friends in beautiful brand new targets, Middle East.
[00:01:33] Dress and live life on the road, Tractable society. So we are talking about pages and looking back to the brand. Detecting what happened for us, so we’re launching a VMware, it’s a beta.
[00:02:21] What happened to try to coordinate some pretty important technology has been created around the world. That’s incredible.
[00:02:27] Amazing. So what do you think the main impact of technology is having on marketing at the moment?
[00:02:42] Any product can be can be replicated. Something which is relevant and personalised to them and.
[00:03:10] So in regards to social media, how is that impacting the businesses that you’re currently working for are using it as a tool? I’ll be facing any challenges or. And we’d have to do research with the customers making sales results.
[00:03:48] Are the ones that are really standing out because they’re using. Customers are really enjoying the brand, giving them the tools. Where there may be opportunities to expand the.
[00:04:33] So you talk about social media, you know, it’s social media in all its platforms are amazing to promote a business. I mean, in regards to your other competitors, is there any other way of standing out in the market?
[00:04:46] Yes. I mean, so there’s the social media. As I said, a different experience, what is the environment, it’s online appliances, omni channel experience, and social media is one key.
[00:05:38] Do influence others.
[00:05:40] So how do you know which technology to use to outperform other competitors? So we’ve spoken about, you know, social media and some of the ways that you can, you know, be highlighted in the industry. But what about technology like so on? One of the things of my mind is that they are a.
[00:06:13] Differentiating meaningful for the brand in the marketplace, and we’d be looking at technologies to support them to deliver a better experience for customers today, but also people the runway for the future. So when they look at technology, look at that which is most relevant to the brand. Just because enough technology is available today, it may not be effective to if you look at the pipeline and take a look at other.
[00:06:59] So what other mistakes do you think companies make when choosing their technology?
[00:07:22] Action is being led by one department, and that is a failure, and that’s what this is. Why which is. That is best for the brand, but also is offering an actually means that are being adopted for supporting the.
