please tell us everything we need to know about Limitless.
ROGER BEADLE [00:00:28] Well, I’ve worked in the call centre industry for the last 20
years and the problem with the call centre industry is low pay and high levels of attrition,
which make it really hard for companies to provide great customer service. So we built a
platform that we call the GigCX platform and that enables businesses to onboard and
qualify their biggest fans, their biggest advocates as customers who can then help other
customers on demand in any language to provide customer service and support,
answering the questions of other customers on demand. And by doing that, they’re
actually training our AI and algorithms so that we can in the future automate more of the
lower value questions, the simple tasks, allowing those experts to actually spend more
time providing great customer service. And they do so really fast in a very agile way 24/7.
And they do so as much as 50 percent less cost to our clients. And our clients are
companies like Microsoft and Unilever, where we’re supporting customers all over the
