NAYOKA OWARE [00:00:22] Megan, hi. As we make our way up to the boardroom, tell us
everything we need to know about Limitless.
MEGAN NEALE [00:00:28] Hi there. Well, I’ve spent my entire career working in customer
management for some of the most amazing global brands. And a few years ago, I just
decided that things needed to change. So in 2016, formed Limitless with a vision really to
transform the way in which people and consumers experience customer service from the
brands that they love. And we realised that the traditional bricks and mortar way of call
centres just simply was not going to scale for the way in which we as consumers want to
connect with people moving forward. So we actually built a platform and that platform
takes the essence of AI digital messaging. And the power of freelancing was such an
enormous track record of growing now to really just create a gig model for customer
service. We’ve been going for three or four years. We work with amazing clients like
Microsoft and Unilever who really see this is not community to not only transform the way
in which they deliver customer service, but also give back to their customers. So we’re
inviting in these major clients, own customers who qualified to become experts on our
platform. And they then get to get rewarded for each task they successfully complete and
make amazing experiences for their customers.
